I live in New York state, and I’m concerned about the future use of cryptocurrency. I’m concerned because the BitLicense attached to the United States forced ten major cryptocurrency exchanges to leave New York. Why? Because they could not get a BitLicense. BitLicense is setting up a few crypto exchanges to monopolize the United States cryptocurrency industry.

The BitLicense regulation handicaps small businesses, decentralized exchanges, and individual cryptocurrency users. United State businesses conducting business without a BitLicense will be considered illegal. If BitLicense becomes law, transactions outside the United States will be against the law, and United States decentralized exchanges will not be allowed to get a BitLicense. Anyone transacting on a decentralized exchange will be breaking the law.

I’m a cryptocurrency retail investor hoping for fair crypto regulatory clarity.

I’m writing to Congress to support all cryptocurrency retail investors, support to BitBoy Crypto, and support John Deaton suing the SEC because the SEC is suing Ripple.
