Adding exercise to my weekly routine was an action I needed to make. The decision to start exercising was not about losing weight. It was about feeling healthier overall. Walking is a low-impact form of exercise that I have incorporated into my lifestyle. Walking clears my mind, helps me feel better, and gives me a boost of energy when I’m feeling sluggish. Overall, walking has improved my state-of-mind.
Walking has become an essential part of my lifestyle, and over time I’ve learned that walking 10,000 steps a day is recommended to help live a healthier lifestyle. After learning the advantages of walking 10,000 steps a day, I decided to invest in a tracking device. I had no clue how many steps I walked each day, so I bought a Fitbit. I’m glad I did. The Fitbit has a built-in watch (I’m someone who likes wearing a watch), the device tells me how many steps I walk each day, tracks my heart rate, miles, calories, and I’m still learning what else the Fitbit can track. Using a device to keep track of how many steps per day I walk gives me the motivation to go to the gym. I walk the treadmill at least three times per week. My starting speed is 2.0. After I warm up, I steadily increase the speed to 3.0. Walking fast at a speed of 3.0 turns the treadmill workout into a cardio workout.
Time is money and making the time to workout takes me away from working online. Research, content writing, internet marketing, website building, and recording videos are all time-consuming tasks. During a Live Stream one day, I learned about Apps that pay you to walk. Of course, that caught my attention. So, I started researching online and found a few Apps that let people earn points from tracking their steps. After reaching a specified amount of points, people can receive a cash payout. If I’m going to workout, why not earn a little extra income from doing so.
There are many Apps available that offer incentives for tracking steps, exercise, weight, food intake, and diseases. After researching, I tested the Apps to learn which Apps would work for me. I searched for easy to use with minimum work Apps that would allow me to benefit financially. After using a handful of Apps, I chose a few that are easy to use, easy to connect tracking devices, and easy to receive rewards.
I set up a system of rules to follow that seamlessly work together. I use a Fitbit gadget as a step-tracking device and use seven Apps that work well together. The seven Apps are Achievement, MyFitnessPal, Sweatcoin, FitForBucks, Fitbit, Walgreens, and Apple Health.
There’s a saying that a picture says a thousand words. To help you understand how each App works and how I set up the Apps to work as a team, I recorded a video to show you how the Apps work together. I figured it would be easier to learn how to earn a little extra income, to earn rewards, and to earn coupons to shop at Walgreens. A lot of little things add up to a lot.
The more you walk the more points you can earn. Interested learning how you can earn points to cash in for cash? Visit the link below. If you are going to work out, why not earn a little something extra from it. Gaining financially is an amazing motivator.
