Ripple XRP Letter To Congress

I’m an XRP retail investor reaching out to ask Congress to evaluate the SEC lawsuit against Ripple. I’m hoping that Congress can help expedite the rollout of Ripple’s problem-solving payment system of drastically lowering transaction fees and how Ripple’s use case can fully complete the movement of money, whether debit or credit, within seconds.

I’m asking Congress to review Empower Oversight’s gathered evidence of Mr. Hinman’s dishonest actions of ignoring clear directives from the Ethics office to not meet with a list of entities in which he had a direct financial interest. SEC’s internal emails show Mr. Hinman communicating and repeatedly meeting with an entity from which he received millions of dollars while in office, including on the same day that entity had IPO business before his division.

I’m asking Congress to start an investigation of the corruption of Jay Clayton and William Hinman to help fast-forward the rollout of Ripple’s problem-solving payment system and to grant XRP retail investors their due capital gain.

I’m here to show support and gratitude to John Deaton, who is suing the SEC because the SEC is suing Ripple. Mr. Deaton’s selflessness offers his time and expertise to help protect innocent XRP retail investors. John Deaton is also setting the stage to help protect all cryptocurrencies.

XRP is the fastest, most efficient and stable digital asset for cross-border payments.

Unlike many other cryptocurrencies, XRP is not an open-source project. It is owned by a private company called Ripple. This means that it has been designed specifically to meet the needs of financial institutions, rather than being intended as a general-purpose cryptocurrency like Bitcoin or Ethereum.

XRP powers innovative technology transforming the global financial services space by enabling banks and payment providers to send real-time, low-cost international payments across networks. XRP is the fastest, most scalable and stable digital asset for payments.

I will continue reaching out to ask Congress to intervene in the SEC and Ripple’s case.
