Letter To Congress – I Support John Deaton

Ripple, XRP, cryptocurrencies, and John Deaton support.

John Deaton, a managing partner of Deaton Law Firm, is suing the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) suing Ripple. The SEC claims that Christian Larsen, the company’s co-founder, executive chairman of its board, and former CEO, and Bradley Garlinghouse, the company’s current CEO, raised capital to finance Ripple without registering their offers and sales of XRP.

I’m an innocent XRP retail investor losing out financially because of the SEC suing Ripple. I decided to write to Congress and Senators of my state, and representatives of my district, to request an investigation of Mr. Hinman repeatedly ignored clear directives from the Ethics office to not meet with a list of entities in which he had a direct financial interest. SEC internal emails show Hinman communicating and meeting repeatedly with an entity from which he received millions of dollars while in office, including on the same day that entity had IPO business before his division.

Ripple is a payment network, cryptocurrency, and consensus protocol. XRP is used to speed up and secure transactions on the Ripple payment network. The company also plans to release additional products that will make it easier for financial institutions to use XRP in their daily operations, as well as partner with banks so they can create custom solutions.

Ripple is a payment network and cryptocurrency that was launched in 2012. It was created by Ryan Fugger, web developer; Chris Larsen, entrepreneur; and Jed McCaleb, programmer. The company has been working with banks and other financial institutions to develop the technology behind XRP, a digital currency that is used for cross-border payments.

In 2017, Ripple announced it was working with over 100 banks and financial institutions including, Standard Chartered Bank, Banco Santander, Accenture, and American Express.

Ripple’s focus is to make it easier for banks to send money across borders by using blockchain technology.
