    1 quick piece of advice that you may find helpful. The rolling cart you use. That maybe isn’t the right one. I use a folding platform that I purchased at Harbor Freight Tools for about 25 to 35 dollars. You’ll need to put the wheels on. Trust me, it will make catering deliveries a touch easier.

    1. I’ve thought that. However, my Trax is only so big. The little cart helps. I had it and I now use it more than I ever did before. I’ll keep an out for a super compact folding platform. Thank you . I will check it out.
